I have been working in the fitness industry for 8 years which included group and 1-1 personal training and gym management. My passion is helping people to be the best version of themselves. That goes for the team here in the gym and also the members of the gym. It lights me up to see you progress and achieve things in the gym you never thought you were capable of!

Jessica Blake - Assistant Manager
I'm Jessica, your assistant manager at Fuse Bray
I started my gym journey to increase my strength for playing rugby but soon began to feel all the other benefits the gym had to offer - stress reduction, improved mood, community, feeling strong and capable, feeling fitter and and more confident.
My goal now is to make the gym a welcoming and enjoyable place for others. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym goer, whether you want advice or just to introduce yourself, feel free to come say hi anytime!
Jonathon Gaskin
Hello, I am Jonathon your fitness instructor here at Fuse Bray. I have been a member of Fuse Bray for just over three years, during this time I have been fortunate enough to meet so many great people, both staff & members.
Over the years I have experience with a range of styles of training, hypertrophy, strength training, flexibility work & endurance training. Due to my experience with these training styles, they have provided me with an insight into how & why you should be training in a specific way. My current focus is strength training with the main goal becoming as strong as possible while maintaining proper technique to prove that you do not need to rely on ego to lift heavy weight.
As part of the team my purpose is to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you ever need advice or help, feel free to talk to me at the desk, approach me on the gym floor or message me through Instagram.
Samuel Coster
My name is Samuel, and I have been a part of Fuse Bray since I first joined a gym— going from building muscle to Olympic Weightlifting.
I have years of training experience in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting; with an emphasis on strength and power. I have extensive knowledge on training methodologies adopted by Olympic gold medalists and champions-in and out of training.
I focus primarily on big movements that use strength and power; with an emphasis on form, speed and stability. In addition, accessory work: both correctional and for muscle gain, along with mobility and flexibility are also essential. The aim is to lift the most as possible, as easy as possible.
