Jamie Cronin - Manager
With over a decade of coaching experience, I specialise in helping individuals, particularly women aged 25-40, achieve their fitness goals through personal training, nutrition coaching, and online guidance. I hold a Certificate in Exercise & Health Fitness from the University of Limerick and a Level 4 Personal Training qualification from Profi Fitness.
My journey in fitness began with a lifelong passion for activities like football, weightlifting, and running, which ultimately led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
I enjoy working with busy professionals who may not have a lot of experience with fitness or nutrition, guiding them towards sustainable weight loss and boosting their confidence in the gym. My coaching style is best described as informative, fun, and intense, and I believe in creating engaging, results-driven programmes that fit my clients’ unique lifestyles.

With a Master's in Assessment and Training for Health and a Bachelor's in Physical Activity and Sports Science, I specialize in body composition assessment and body recomposition planning. My experience spans working with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to older adults, including implementing a successful strength training program with the Red Cross, where I improved strength, functionality, and independence for seniors. A passionate sports enthusiast with a background in muay thai, I blend strength training with fitness to enhance performance and prevent injury. My coaching style is individualized, motivating, and efficient, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Laura Royo Erlac
I graduated from the University of Zaragoza in 2023 with a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, specializing in fitness and training planning. With extensive coaching experience, particularly in football, I have worked with youth academies like SD Huesca, helping athletes improve both physically and mentally. I also have experience as a personal trainer for older adults, focusing on strength and functionality. Currently training with Cork City women's first team, I am passionate about holistic fitness, combining physical conditioning, muscle gain, and mental health to help clients reach their full potential.

I am a certified Personal Trainer (EQF level 4) with additional qualifications in Nutrition and Health. I specialize in helping women transform both their bodies and minds, focusing on fat loss, muscle gain, and building healthy, sustainable habits. My passion comes from my own journey of reclaiming confidence through fitness, and I’m committed to empowering others to do the same. With a compassionate and transformative coaching style, I guide clients to love their bodies, embrace their strength, and achieve life-changing results.
Elizabeth Schmidt
With qualifications in Fitness Instruction, Group Instruction, and Personal Training (EQF Level 4) from Image Fitness, I bring a dynamic, supportive approach to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. My background includes 15 years of competitive dance, which shaped my active lifestyle and inspired a passion for fitness after recovering from an injury. Now, I stay active through Olympic weightlifting, Muay Thai, and swimming. Specializing in muscle gain, bulking, and fat loss, I work with beginners and intermediate clients, providing an engaging, energetic, and challenging coaching experience. I’m dedicated to being an accountability partner, supporting not only strength goals but also meaningful habit and lifestyle changes.
