Jamie Cronin - Gym Manger

With over a decade of coaching experience, I specialise in helping individuals, particularly women aged 25-40, achieve their fitness goals through personal training, nutrition coaching, and online guidance. I hold a Certificate in Exercise & Health Fitness from the University of Limerick and a Level 4 Personal Training qualification from Profi Fitness. My journey in fitness began with a lifelong passion for activities like football, weightlifting, and running, which ultimately led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer. I enjoy working with busy professionals who may not have a lot of experience with fitness or nutrition, guiding them towards sustainable weight loss and boosting their confidence in the gym. My coaching style is best described as informative, fun, and intense, and I believe in creating engaging, results-driven programmes that fit my clients’ unique lifestyles.
