Dillon is a experienced and passionate personal trainer and fitness coach with extensive experience in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. With years of experience training clients in gyms across South Africa, Dillon has developed a deep understanding of effective workout plans and diet plans that help clients lose weight, gain muscle, and reach their desired outcomes with motivation to help you get there.

Dillon has completed a personal trainer course at Trifocus Fitness Academy South Africa and a personal trainer course at the National Training Centre in Dublin, where he honed his skills in designing personalized workout programs and nutrition plans that cater to his clients' unique needs.

Dillon's training philosophy revolves around empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will allow them to achieve their health and fitness goals. He believes that fitness is not just about looking good but also about feeling good, and his approach to training reflects this.
