Cormac Leogue
Meet Cormac. He is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. He is always trying to improve his knowledge so he can help his clients and friends out. Because of his drive to gain more knowledge in the fitness world, he is qualified in a lot of different ways of training, from kettlebell training to Olympic lifting. He wants to be as helpful to as many people as possible.
“I have a passion for knowledge and bettering myself. If I am a better person I am a better PT, if I'm a better PT you get better help, and that better help will equate to reaching your goal more efficiently.
My main reason for becoming a personal trainer was and still is to give people the help I wanted when I first started exercising, simple to-the-point, help and advice that won't leave you questioning if your training is wrong. I want to help make you a better version of yourself, mentally and physically.”
If you are new to the gym, just looking to get over a plateau, wanting to improve in your sport or a seasoned gym goer, Cormac would love to help you.
