Anne-Marie Walsh
Annemarie’s niche is to maximize calorie uptake whilst minimizing additional body fat and to maintain that for as long as possible. She believes that through proper nutrition and exercise that we can balance our hormone levels, promote good thyroid function and a healthy metabolism.
“Either you run the Day or the Day runs you”
“I started training with Anne-Marie a few years ago when I was trying to get fit. I had never run before but through her coaching she had me doing several laps around the Park. Anne-Marie is very enthusiastic, dedicated, and helpful; she was constantly coming up with different exercises to get me towards my fitness goals whilst keeping me motivated. She is a perfect fit in any Gym setting and I can’t wait for lockdown restrictions to ease so that I can continue my fitness training with her.”- Breda W
